Booking terms
These terms apply to bookings made directly with the owners through VillaMijas.es.
Requests and confirmation
A booking request is not a reservation. We review each request and reply by email. When we accept, we send the total and payment details. Your booking is confirmed when full payment of the accommodation is received within 72 hours of acceptance; otherwise the dates are released.
Price
Prices are for the whole villa for up to 10 guests, in euros, and include final cleaning, bed linen and towels. The minimum stay is 5 nights.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €500 is paid separately and returned after check-out, once the house has been checked. Damage or missing items may be deducted.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations later than that are not refundable. We recommend travel insurance.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00. Please tell us your arrival time in advance so someone can welcome you.
House rules
No smoking inside, no parties or events, and quiet hours after 22:00. The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the booking. The pool is unheated and unsupervised; children must be supervised at all times.
Guest registration
Spanish law requires every guest to be registered. After confirmation we send a secure registration link. Please don't send identity documents by email or WhatsApp.
Licence
Registered holiday rental in Andalucía, licence VFT/MA/68139.
