This website is run by the owners of Villa Mijas, Daniel and Alexandra. You can contact us through the contact page.
What we collect
When you send a booking request or message we store your name, email, phone, country, dates, number of guests and your message. We use this only to reply, manage your stay and meet legal registration duties.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as Spanish tax and tourism rules require. Messages that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.
Who sees it
Only us. Emails are delivered through our email provider. We don't sell your data. If you accept cookies, Google (Analytics and Ads) receives anonymous information about your visit so we can see how the site is used and measure our adverts. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. You can also contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Cookies
Necessary: vm_consent remembers your cookie choice (6 months); the owners' admin area uses one login cookie. Only with your consent – statistics: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years); advertising: Google Ads (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw, up to 90 days).
