How many people can stay, and how are the bedrooms arranged?
Five bedrooms, six beds and five bathrooms accommodate up to ten guests. The twin room uses the adjacent hallway bathroom. The garden-level bedroom has its own exterior entrance and no internal connection to the house.
Is there air conditioning and heating?
All five bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available in the house. Confirmed guests receive the connection details privately.
What is provided in the kitchen?
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, ice machine, filtered-water tap, cookware, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent provided.
Are linen, towels and final cleaning included?
Bed linen, bath and pool towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided.
What are the terraces and pool like?
A private pool, shaded terraces and panoramic views towards Fuengirola. Enjoy the barbecue, outdoor seating and hanging egg chairs on the upper terrace.
Where is the villa, and can we use the bus?
Our home is in the residential area of Campo Mijas, above Fuengirola, with views towards the coast. A car or taxi is useful for exploring the surrounding towns. The M-222 bus stops at Loma del Real, about 400 metres away; the return walk is uphill.
When can we check in and check out?
Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 11:00.
How do we receive the private guest guide?
Confirmed guests receive a private guest-guide link from the owners. It contains arrival instructions, Wi-Fi and practical house information. Access details are never published on this page.
How is a booking confirmed and paid?
Dates are reserved only after the owners accept your request or manually place a hold. Full accommodation payment is required upon acceptance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 60 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations less than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Is there a security deposit?
A refundable €500 security deposit is collected separately from accommodation payment and returned after checkout, subject to inspection.
